Yesterday was the Feast of Christ the King, celebrated across the world by Christians. Yesterday also Vadtal Agnel Baba Dham celebrated Agnel Baba Day. Many people visit the Vadtal Agnel Baba Dham every day. Fr. Agnelo died on November 20, 1927. He was declared Venerable by Pope John Paul II on November 10, 1986. Every Thursday, people attend his novenas in Pilar Goa, Vadtal in Gujarat, Bandra in Mumbai and all over the world.
There were two grand Mass celebrations one was in the morning for the Feast Of Christ The King and For the Feast Of Agnel Baba mass was arranged in the afternoon.
People from different places flocked to pay visit to Agnel Baba at Vadtal Church. The Feast of Agnel Baba was celebrated by arranging grand Mass by Fr. Paresh(Karamsad) and Fr. Xavier (Jesus Nagar, Anand). Fr. Paresh explained the meaning of faith for all the devotee gathered for the Holy Event. A Gujarati Lady also explained how God did miracle through Agnel Baba in her family and in a non christian family. many are healed from the sicknesses and many are the victims for the God's miracles work through Agnel Baba. Today also christians and non christians visit Agnel Baba in Bandra, Mumbai and in Vadtal Church.
Today also people come to Vadtal to Thank God Almighty for the miricles He works through Agnel Baba.
ગઈ કાલે વડતાલ,ગુજરાતમાં બપોરે અગ્નેલ બાબાના તહેવારની ઉજવણી કરવામાં આવી હતી. અગ્નેલબાબાનું મરણ રાજાધિરાજના તહેવારે તા ૨૦-૧૧-૧૯૨૭ ના રોજ થયું હતું તેથી તેમના તહેવારની ઉજવણી તેમની ભક્તિ કરનાર અને ખાસ કરીને પિલાર ફાદર્સ ભક્તિભાવથી તેની ઉજવણી આ દિવસે કરે છે. વડતાલમાં તેમનો એક અવશેષ રાખવામાં આવેલ છે જેની મુલાકાત આ દિવસે ઘણા લોકોએ લીધી હતી.
આ દિવસે ભવ્ય મીસનું આયોજન ફા સ્ટેની SFX અને ફા માર્ટીન SFX અને આગળ પડતા ધર્મજનો દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આ પ્રસંગે ફા પરેશ અને ફા ઝેવિયર ખ્રિસ્તયજ્ઞ કર્યો હતો. ફા. પરેશે અગ્નેલ બાબા માટે શ્રદ્ધામાં વધારો થાય તે માટેનું ઉપદેશ દ્વારા સિંચન કર્યું હતું. આ પ્રસંગે પ્રભુએ અગ્નેલ બાબા દ્વારા કરેલ ચમત્કારોની સાક્ષી, એક બેને આપી હતી.
ઉમળકાભેર ઉમટેલા લોકોને જોઇને અગ્નેલ બાબાનો મહિમા પ્રગટ થતો હતો
