Mass for Ash Wednesday


Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent, the season of preparation for the resurrection of Jesus Christ on Easter Sunday.

There is a special mass arranged for Ash Wednesday today at 7:00 pm in Bhumel.Fr. Stany is expected to come for mass celebration.

  1. The Ash Wednesday symbol is excellent! Is it a Cross, or a cancellation mark or a bird flying away fom the earth? It also looks like a bunch of crop cut from the farm. Or is it a Jet plane leaving the smoke trail behind? It is ash atleast that reminds us of our final destiny. Have a meaningful, fruitful and soulful lent!!
