Gujarat Sahitya Prakash (GSP) is the publication which offers the world of books that are spiritually refreshing, intellectually enlightening, emotionally enriching, and life-fulfilling. GSP offers to people who are seeking greater faith in God, better relations with other, and to a world that is broken and in need of healing.
It was started in 1971 as a non-profit Jesuit Publishing house of Gujarat Province of the Society of Jesus. The ministry of GSP extends to the whole of India and the South Asian Assistancy. It undertakes to publish books, in English and Gujarati that are of interest to the Church and Society of Jesus. Its publications fall under several categories: Theological, Psycho-spiritual, Historical, Educational, Biographical, Prayer, Catechesis. GSP has joint-ventures with foreign publishers, and its publications are of international repute.
